This cute young man has been in a few haircut movies now, most notable was The Ginger Bowl and Let The Hair Pile Up. He really enjoys getting haircuts. He likes the way it feels, likes the way he looks, and of course all the attention from the barber. Today, he just wants to get a cute haircut. He’s a bit nervous about going shorter then he’s ever gone before, but wants to get the romantic attention of someone he’s got in mind.
What makes this movie so special, aside from the beautiful head of hair – is his facial expressions during the haircut. Sometimes closes his eyes, enjoying the moment – or looks just so happy getting his hair played with, pet, cut, tugged, brushed. His facial expressions really make this movie stand out, showing just how varied the haircut experience can be. People like watching haircuts for many different reasons, and to watch someone enjoy the pleasure of a sensual haircut really takes you there.
Things start out with a lot of dry hair play, then the hairs wet down and combed. After that he gets the sides buzzed down, nearly to the skin – then gets all the bulk and weight on top cut expertly with scissors. Then things are buzzed down further and blended with clipper over comb. You’ll get to see the cutting up close as well as enjoying the full scene from a wider angle. Watching the barber pay attention to detail, the hair falls and gathers up in his lap. It is a sight to see for fans of the genre of Haircut Cinema!
